For a slightly more complex but faster download method, the below instructions outline how to access Handix Scientific’s Downloads via File Transfer Protocol (FTP):

Windows: In your Windows “File Explorer,” in the main top bar, enter “ftp://handixscientific.synology.me”, and then navigate as desired.
Mac: In a browser go to “ftp://handixscientific.synology.me” and if requested to choose an application, pick “Finder”, connect as Guest, and then navigate as desired
